NTBKSense ROI Center is an internal platform for authorized NTBKSense teams. It brings campaign information, advertising performance, revenue data, and operational reporting into one workspace.

ROI Center may process information provided by authorized users or received from connected services, including:
- internal account and access information;
- campaign, advertising account, website, revenue, spending, and reporting information;
- connection details needed to use supported advertising services; and
- basic technical records used for security, troubleshooting, and change history.
The public pages do not display confidential campaign, account, or reporting information.
3. Connected Advertising Services
ROI Center may connect to Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, and Meta to retrieve advertising performance and reporting information authorized by NTBKSense. This information is used to support campaign monitoring, revenue analysis, ROI reporting, and internal operations.
Information obtained through connected Google services is used only for ROI Center functionality and is not sold to third parties.
Connected services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of information outside ROI Center is governed by those policies.
4. How We Use Information
Information is used to provide access to ROI Center, connect supported services, monitor campaigns, prepare revenue and ROI reports, maintain data quality, troubleshoot issues, and protect the platform.
5. Data Sharing and Security
Information is available to authorized personnel and to service providers involved in operating the requested integrations and platform functions. NTBKSense may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the platform and its users.
ROI Center uses access controls, secure connections, and operational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system can guarantee complete security.

Information is kept for as long as it is needed for ROI Center's internal operational and reporting purposes. Retention may vary depending on the type of record and applicable operational or legal requirements.
Authorized users may ask an NTBKSense administrator to review, correct, or remove applicable information. Access to a connected Google service can also be revoked through the relevant Google Account.
